Run Multiple ID Checks for the Same Person

You can now complete more than one ID verification check for the same individual, even when using the same email address. This is useful if a check needs to be repeated, updated, or completed again at a later stage.

Create a New ID Check from an Existing Record

When viewing an ID check that has passed or failed, you’ll now see a + Create New Check option in the side panel.

How it works:

1. Open an existing ID check

2. In the side panel, select + Create New Check

3. A new ID check is created for the same person

4. Complete and submit the new verification as normal

This means you can start a new check quickly without leaving the current screen.

Create a New ID Check from the Overview Page

You can also create another ID check for the same person directly from the main overview page.

How it works:

1. Go to the ID checks overview

2. Select the relevant person

3. Create a new ID check from the overview

4. Complete the verification process

This gives you multiple ways to start a new check, depending on how you’re working.
