To create, subscribe or get access to BrightChecks, please follow these steps.
- Go to https://hub.brightsg.com/

Log in with your BrightID or create one if you don’t have it yet using the "sign up" option at the bottom of the above screen.
If you are new to bright and are signing up, there is a very short sign up process where you will enter your name, email, business name, location and create a password. Once done you will be redirected into our central subscription management platform called Brighthub. - Once you are logged into Brighthub you will see the "products" tab on the left of the screen (selected by default). From this screen select "Get Started" under BrightChecks software.
- Review and agree T&C's then click get started.
- Purchase your checks credits (see below pricing structure). Simply use the slider or enter the number of credits you need. Regardless of what you purchase now you can always top this up further at a later stage. You will need a payment method added in order to complete the signup.

How Much Do Credit Checks Cost with BrightChecks?
BrightChecks uses a credit-based pricing model.
This means you purchase a bundle of credits, and each credit can be used to run either a Basic or Enhanced credit check.
All prices are shown in sterling and are exclusive of VAT.
The More Credits You Buy, the Lower the Price Per Check
With BrightChecks, you get better value when you purchase credits in larger bundles.
As the credit bundle size increases, the cost per Basic Check and cost per Enhanced Check both decrease.
This pricing model gives you flexibility:
Buy small bundles if you only run occasional checks
Save money by buying larger bundles if you run more frequent checks

How Credits Work
Each Basic Check uses 4 credits
Each Enhanced Check uses 5 credits
When you purchase a credit bundle, you receive enough credits to run the stated number of checks
The larger the bundle, the lower the effective cost per check
Once purchased the credits are available immediately on your account
Example
If you buy 100 checks, your pricing would be:
Basic Check: £2.79 each
Enhanced Check: £3.42 each
But if you buy 1,000 checks, that reduces to:
Basic Check: £2.50 each
Enhanced Check: £3.10 each
