Completion of the check by the individual will update the icon to show the overall result. An email will also be sent as notification that it has been completed.
Additional information about the check outcome is available to review. This could help with identifying why a check might have failed, therefore helping to ensure that the same failure reason does not happen again.
You can access the PDF identity document via the View button on the right-hand side of the page.
The PDF document shows a colour-coded result to help you quickly understand its status.
Result colours
- Green = Pass
The identity document has passed the checks completed by Credas. - Orange = Pending
Credas was unable to fully pass the document automatically, so manual review by you is needed. For example, the name on the document may not match the name entered on the invitation. Red = Fail
The identity document could not be verified as genuine and valid. This may be because it is expired, damaged, a scan or copy rather than an original document, or the image quality is too poor. Select
Approval Status
The Approval Status is your internal overall decision on the check. It is separate from the Credas document result. If you are happy with the check, it is your decision to override it and tell Companies House the check is complete on the ACSP portal.
